Scamming a Scammer

One of my students decides to take a call from a scammer. What follows is the conversation and remote connection the scammer takes to take control of his computer. My student is doing the actions in a virtual machine, no actual damage is done. However, this could happen to you or someone in your family so warn people not to take calls from people claiming to be with Microsoft support or IRS agents. BTW this is a great way to frustrate the efforts of scammers. It makes it more expensive to scam people and hopefully it will become too cost prohibitive and they will stop. Otherwise you wasted their time during which they could not scam someone else.
